13th - 15th November 2020

Sunday, 15th November: A pretty miserable start, after a wet and stormy night, but gradually brightening up as the morning progressed, but with near-gale force south-westerlies throughout........

Selsey Bill as it used to be! This image of unknown year and author was apparently from an old postcard and probably dates back to the 1970's or early 1980's. We are grateful to C. Burchett (via Facebook) and CRJ who forwarded the image, which clearly shows in the foreground the Pontins holiday camp during its heyday. Note also the amount of greenery adjoining the beach during this period....good times! (Eds)
